Sunday 19th Feb 2006 MK WANDERERS V LEIGHTON CORINTHIANS 8-1
A very well deserved win. You all played really well with 2 of you gaining hat tricks, Ross Held 4; Tom Davies 3 and Michael Harley 1. Our man of the match was Daniel Price for his brilliant defence work. Keep up the good team work.
Sunday 26th Feb 2006 MK WANDERERS V NEW CITY SAINTS 4-7
A very tough game although you played amazingly in the second half sadly we lost to them again. Our goal scorers were Ross Held, Tom Lochrie, Jordan Bis and Michael Harley with our man of the match going to Scott Raven who has been putting in a lot of effort recently, well played. |
Sunday 5th February 2006 Falcons v Newport Pagnell Youth
Another win 3-2 to us, it just goes to show that when you work as a team and stick together you can do it. This was a very heated game by both teams which I was scared was going to let us down, but you kept up the good work and stayed as calm as possible in the circumstances and we came out winning in the end although I did think we found this a bit of a harder game compared to others but I believe this was due to the fact that it was so heated and this distracts you from playing so well or so relaxed and as I've always told you you play better football when you are relaxed and enjoying it. But still a good game in all, our man of the match today was Ross Held who played really well, and the goal scorers for today was Tom Lochrie, Tom Davies and Saajan Sehjpal who all got 1 each very well done, carry the good work on for the rest of the season.
Sunday 29th January 2006 Falcons v Wing Raiders
A very good result 2-2, a well fought game and you deserved to win you all played amazingly and as far as I am concerned you was the better team by far, if only some of the many shot's had gone in we would have been miles ahead, but you can't have it always and the ball just seemed to go any which way but in the net on numerous occasions. We certainly came out the winners in this game though, they seemed to think it was going to be easy and walk all over us but they was wrong and they showed there disappointment by leaving the pitch at the end of the game and refusing to shake hands with those of you I saw trying to show sportsmanship by offering your hands but was ignored. So again very well done keep up the good work and the good team spirit. Our man of the match for today was Sam Archer and our goals were both scored by Tom Lochrie very well done to you both.
Sunday 22th January 2006 Falcons v Leighton Corinthians
A good result we won 7-1 and very well deserved. We've had a bad spell but hopefully things will start to look up again, if you stick together and work as a team supporting one another through good and bad you will always come out winning. This was a really good result for us.I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome our new players to the team who have added some strength to an already strong team, keep up the good team work !!! Our man of the match was a joint one for this game being shared by Matt Bevan & Tom Davies, goal scorers were Tom Davies 3, Ross Held 2, Tom Lochrie 1 and Michael Harley 1, again very well done. |
Sunday 30th October 2005 Falcons 3 v Steeple Claydon 5
Falcons v Steeple Claydon 5-3 to them, although we lost we had nothing to be disappointed about, some of you may be dwelling on the fact that we gave them a couple of goals wether it be through deflections or home goals DO NOT dwell on this, these things sometimes happen, you still played a brilliant game of football. As I've told you in the past winning is NOT everything it just puts the icing on the cake. John and I were more than happy with your performance. So well played to you all, especially our man of the match this week who was Ross Held, and our goal scores were Tom Lochrie, David Allen and Daniel Price |
Sunday 23rd October 2005 Falcons 4 v Willen Juniors B 4
4-4 a very well played match by both teams. Although it was an exceptional game from the Falcons who played with the bare minimum of players due to three being out with injuries. Man of the match goes to Jodhan Reehal this week with our goals being scored by Tom L, Matt B, Ross H and Jodhan R. |
Sunday 9th Oct ober 2005 Falcons 3 v Newport Youth 2
Well done Falcons a 3-2 victory to us, quite a tough game although we came out winning in the end. Well done to Tom Lochrie with his first hat trick of the season, lets see a couple more! Also well done to Aaron Brown who got a well deserved man of the match.
Sunday 16th October 2005 Falcons v Woburn Lions B
Sadley we lost this week but with no disrespect. It was a very good game by both teams with plenty of chances for us, but it just was not going in whereas it was for Woburn. You did your selves proud by showing true sportsmanship and applauding them into the changing rooms at the end. Better luck next week boys. Man of the match David Allen. |
Sunday 2nd October 2005 Grendon Sapphires 2 MK Wanderers Falcons 3
