The under 10Hawks is managed by Keith Brady and coached by Lee Grice. The teams administrator is Debbie Miller, training is on Friday evenings at Leon School & Sports College during the winter months (October to March) and during summer months (April to September) at Kents Hill Pavilion, from 18:00hrs to 19:30hrs, please contact Keith for more details.
Matches are played at Kents Hill Pavilion on Saturday mornings at either 09:30hrs or 11:00hrs. |

Woburn Lions Whirlwinds vs MK Wanderers Hawks
First half
The Hawks start off well and create a few early chances, then the Whirlwinds cross from the right wing and head into the Hawks net (a fantastic goal) 1-0, within minutes the Hawks gain a corner and little left footed Tommy takes the corner and it takes a slight deflection into the Whirlwinds net 1-1, Smithy and Alex continue to soak up the pressure and defend well with pushing up field when ever possible and smithy making some terrific runs up the right wing.
Second half
Second half the Hawks start of slow and have to work hard to win the ball, eventually they gain there passing rhythm and its not long before CoCo Cory hits a left foot shot outside the box and hits the cross bar, the Hawks soon win the ball back and Sam goes down just outside the Whirlwinds penalty area and wins a free kick, Sam lines the free kick up and shoots with venom the keeper makes a great save.
Last ten minutes and the Hawks are all lining up shots but are unfortunately none are on target, there's a last ditch shot from the Whirlwinds from the half way line heading towards the Hawks goal and Joe is off his line but manages to scramble back to save the ball on the line.
Final score 1-1
By far the toughest game the Hawks have played so far this season.
Tough Man of the Match choice with many in contention, but this week it goes to SMITHY for his solid display at the back !!!!!!! congratulations
