Bakau School
MK Wanderers F.C. Forge Links with Gambian School in 2007
Following our agreement at a recent Committee Meeting, MK Wanderers are to "adopt" Bakau School in Gambia in terms of links and support. Steve Musto, ex MKW Manager recently visited the province took some photos of the teacher and students with whom he had met.

Their main need is for kit, balls and most surprisingly pumps and adaptors because when balls go flat they have no way of pumping them up.

As we have forged a link we will donate a couple of stirrup pumps and adaptors from Maudesport our kit suppliers. We will also see what old shirts we have that we are unlikley to recycle within the club. Steve Musto has kindly said he will arrange to get the stuff back out to Gambia and take some more pictures of the school and hopefully the children in our old shirts.
