TAGS Course Objectives
The training will be targeted to a high level in the initial two to three weeks of each term to identify the strengths and weaknesses of all players and then the coaches will look to group players of similar ability so that they can then push these players to challenge them more. The aim of KHFDC is to differentiate itself from other providers of such services by offering coaching at a level comparable to that offered by professional football clubs. The more talented players will be identified and included within the TAG's format so that they can be challenged the most, players of a lesser ability will have their coaching targeted to their level of ability. Each group will have two coaches, one will be the head coach for that group qualified to FA Level III and one will be qualified to FA level II. _________________________________________ |
